The Website is Elite Home Tuition Agency Pte Ltd’s ownership (hereinafter referred to “Elite Home Tuition Agency”, “we”).  Through our Services, we help students and / or their parents and / or guardians to connect with tutors for arrangements including but not limited to, private tuition at home or in public places, group tuition, online lessons via Skype or Zoom, or homework guidance and/or assistance.

All visitors of our site, whether they are registered or not, shall be considered as “users” of the contained Services provided for this Terms. Once individual registers for these Services, through the process of registering with us as a tutor or requesting a tutor, the user shall then be considered a “member.” There are two types of members; “Client” – a customer, who hire tutor from Elite Home Tuition Agency; “Tutor” – a person who registered in Elite Home Tuition’s Website and providing tuition services.

 The user shall acknowledge and agree that the services provided and made available through our website are the sole property of Elite Home Tuition Agency. This Agreement shall apply to any and all additional, updates or revised services unless otherwise specified where we may offer additional website services, change or verify any actual content and services. Elite Home Tuition Agency does hereby reserve the rights to cancel and cease offering any of the services mentioned herein above. You have deemed to acknowledge, accept and agree that Elite Home Tuition Agency shall not be liable for any such changes, revisions or terminations of any of our services and products. Should you not agree to the, updated, overviewed or changed terms, you must stop using the provided Services immediately. 

The user, as well as the client and the tutor, understands, acknowledges and agrees that Services offered shall be provided “AS IS,” and such Elite Home Tuition Agency shall not assume any responsibility or obligation for the timeliness, missed lessons, etc., any other wrong actions, communication or personalisation settings.

3) Tutor Registration

To register and become a “member” of the Elite Home Tuition Agency, you have to be in good standing and not a person who has been previously barred from receiving our services.

Users who wish to register with Elite Home Tuition Agency are required to provide accurate, valid, complete and current information about themselves and related experiences or whatsoever as prompted by registration forms provided. You agree to update your information via email at: contact@elitetutors.sg should there be any changes, in order to keep registered information actual, complete, true and accurate. If you provide information that is not accurate or updated, we may remove your profile under our database and we are not responsible for any failure in providing the services, which result from information that is not true, accurate, current and complete.

Elite Home Tuition Agency reserves the right to use your registration information for it’s intended purpose, such as sending it to prospective clients directly. Or, for instance, providing the contact number or address of a client to a tutor who has been confirmed for an assignment. Howeber, Elite Home Tuition Agency will not release your personal information to the public. Personal information as your name, password, telephone number, date of birth, etc. will not be disclose to the public.

4) Our Client

User who wish to hire a tutor with Elite Home Tuition Agency are requested to provide accurate requirements to help us filter through our database for the most qualified tutor. The information provided by the Client pertaining to the tuition information such as location, subject/s, weekly lesson frequency, other information for such purpose which may be disseminated to tutors to fulfil the search for a tutor. Only when the assignment has been confirmed with the tutor who has accepted the assignment and Elite Home Tuition Agency will then disclose the full address of the tuition location and contact details of the client.

5) Privacy Notice

Elite Home Tuition Agency values both our tutor’s and client’s privacy and treats all personal information provided with high confidentially and respect. By continue visiting the Elite Home Tuition Agency, you shall herein deemed to have acknowledge and agree to the practices set forth in this policy.

6) Confidentially

Elite Home Tuition Agency will not rent, sell or share personal information about you with anyone except to provide products or services you have requested. Elite Home Tuition Agency will not publicly reveal any private or personal information such as full name, NRIC, full address, contact details such as handphone number or email address, uploaded certificates to anyone except when necessary in providing the services described.

Elite Home Tuition Agency will hold no legal liability for issues and disputes which may arise. Elite Home Tuition Agency reserves the rights to withhold information, terminate or deny services to any party, unless legally instructed.

Elite Home Tuition Agency reserves the rights to update or change the Terms and Conditions as set forth herein at our own discreation and needs.
